It is our privilege to support couples through Christ-centered marriage counseling rooted in biblical principles. To provide the best possible service to every individual and couple, we kindly ask that you review the following policies before scheduling an appointment. 📅 Booking Policy - All marriage counseling sessions are by appointment only. - Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by phone, or by email. - Please provide accurate contact information when booking your appointment. - Once your appointment has been scheduled, you will receive a confirmation by email or phone. - New clients may be asked to complete a brief intake form prior to their first session. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. We will gladly work with you to find the next available appointment that fits your schedule. Repeated last-minute rescheduling may result in limited future scheduling availability. ❌ Cancellation Policy If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment: -Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. -Early notice allows us the opportunity to serve another individual or couple in need. - If you miss an appointment without prior notice ("No Show"), future appointments may require confirmation before being scheduled. We understand that emergencies occur and will consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. ⏰ Late Arrival Policy If you expect to arrive late, please contact us as soon as possible. Sessions will generally end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delaying other appointments.
